How do I update my domains Name Servers
so I can access my page at http://www.mydomain.com?
A. To update your domains name servers you will
need to contact your domains registrar (the place where
you registered your domain). There should be a place where
you can login and manage your domain, if not simply email
your domains registrar and tell them you would like to update
your domains DNS information. If you registered your domain
through us, we will update your DNS information for you.

When I try to go to my page
I get a place holder page, what should I do?
A. This means that your domains
DNS information has been transfer to our servers, but you
still need to upload an "index.html" (or index.php, index.htm
etc.). You need to upload your index file to the "WWW" folder
on our serverby login via FTP software

When I try to go to my domain I receive
a "Page Not Found" error, what is wrong?
A. If you receive a "Page Not
Found" error this could mean several things. One possible
reason is you have not changed your domains name servers
contact the place where you registered your domain to do
so. Or if you have already changed your DNS information
then they are most likely still being transferred (it takes
24-48 hours for your domains DNS information to be updated).

I just purchased a hosting account and
when I tried to login using the username and password listed
in my setup email it wouldn't accept my login/password,
what is wrong?
A. As it says in the email with your set up information
accounts can take up to 48 hours to become active. If you
just signed up your account is still pending for setup and
will be set up as soon as possible.

How do I upload my web pages
to my account?
A. The process by which files are transferred to the web server
is called FTP (File Transport Protocol). You have unlimited
access to your web space via FTP 24-hours a day. As such,
you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer
and upload files to your web site at your leisure.
FTP Software:
To use FTP you need a piece of software installed on your
computer called an FTP client. We recommend WS_FTP which
can be downloaded for either the PC or Mac from http://www.wsftp.com/. Many popular web design packages
also come with FTP software functionality included.
